Eat The Following Foods and Feel Happy

Most of us have tiring days after office/work. The environment in most offices are tiring and all need to finish jobs at a time frame and we all have to finish jobs on time, which itself is mentally tiring. However, do not indulge yourself in taking a stimulant (such as alcohol or a smoke or any other that stimulates you), instead eat the following foods and feel happy. Because, what you need is dopamine, that stimulates your mental health and you feel energized and happy and the following foods help release dopamine and boost your mood, and improve metal health.   • Beetroot: it is rich in various nutrients such as iron, amino acids, betaine etc. which help to release dopamine and boost your mood and happiness. Beetroots are natural mood boosters.
  • Broccoli: it is popular wherever it is available. Broccoli is rich in amino acids, and many other nutrients, that help to release dopamine from brain and make the broccoli eater happy.
  • Legumes: legumes (they include pulses, peas, lentils etc.) are eaten daily by most Indians and vegetarians. They are the richest plant sources of proteins and supply the amino acids. Legumes help in releasing dopamine and noradrenalin, which makes a person feel happy and stop craving for food at the same time.
  • Apples: an apple a day keeps the doctor away, but an apple a day makes you happy too. Apples contain antioxidant, quercetin which is the most beneficial nutrient of apples. They are mood boosters as well as immune boosters.
  • Banana: bananas are very rich source of amino acid tyrosine, which is responsible for release of dopamine. So, have banana every day and feel happy.
  • Carrots: carrots are rich in various important nutrients such as vitamins (A, C, E, K and B-complex group of vitamins), minerals (potassium, manganese), which helps in lowering risk of cardiovascular disease and antioxidants present in carrots prevent brain cell damage. Eat carrots daily to be happy.
  • Almonds: they are another rich source amino acid of tyrosine, which makes them extremely good for dopamine release and happiness. Eat almonds daily, which should not be salted.

Pumpkin seeds: good source of various important nutrients. Pumpkin seeds are rich source of tryptophan, which help to boost happiness. Pumpkin seeds are also good for preventing cancer and lowering cholesterol level in blood.

So, have the above mentioned foods on daily basis and remain tension free and feel happy. There is no need to take some stimulant to be happy. Instead just eat happiness by selecting foods wisely.
