Soak your body in the bath for as long as you want, then repeat the same thing the next day (and the next) until you get results. You can also make a compress with a teaspoon of Epsom salts and a cup or two of hot water. Get a clean cloth and dip it into the solution and apply the cloth to the affected area. Do this two or three times a day.

  • Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera is one of the most effective natural treatments for boils – and it’s also very easy to apply. Just crack and open an aloe vera leaf (make sure it’s fresh), and apply the gel in the leaf to the area. This does not only cure the boil – it also relieves pain. If you don’t have an aloe vera plant, you can just buy some gel at your local pharmacist.

  • Apple cider vinegar

Not surprisingly, apple cider vinegar is once again on the list of cures. This popular natural remedy has a list of proven merits for various diseases, including the cure of boils.
